We have implemented the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal, which allows each of you to reset your user account password and unlock your account at ANYTIME without having to contact IT support. The SSPR option improves our workflow and eliminates possible downtime caused by a long help desk ticket queue. The steps required to unlock your account can be found here
